Our Boutique studio was created with the vision to offer more than just ‘one-fits-all’ PT sessions:


I truly personalise your Fitness experience by addressing individual movement concerns and goals regardless of age or fitness level in an uplifting green environment.
 

I believe that to function efficiently in life, to be pain free, balanced, lean and strong, it is essential that exercises and movement patterns are varied and selected based on their usefulness for each client.


Combining my diverse knowledge as a Master Functional Trainer with the experience and passion for Reformer Pilates and Corrective Exercise allows me to support a variety of health and fitness goals:

Clients recovering from injury, mums rebuilding their bodies after having kids, triathletes needing to complement their exercise routines... or people of all walks of life who simply want to be more capable, feel strong and have fun achieving this!

 

Being a mother of three myself, I know that a flexible training schedule that fits in well around family and work commitments is key to success!
